Newton Housing Authority will be holding a lottery for affordable two, three, and four bedroom apartments in a newly-acquired management portfolio located throughout the beautiful City of Newton, MA. These units are separate from the NHA's Public Housing portfolio and in some cases are not subsidized. The lottery will be run by Maloney Properties, Inc. Applications will be accepted beginning Thursday, September 23rd through Monday, November 22nd. The Newton Housing Authority has a 50-year tradition of providing a high standard of affordable housing to its diverse population of more than 1300 residents. We are the largest provider of affordable housing in the City of Newton.
